Larry Rodman's State Farm Agency is seeking experienced agents who are passionate about connecting with new and existing clients on their insurance needs. Ideal candidates for this role are sales-minded, passionate about career growth, and detail-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate in goal setting and agency strategy
- Use a customer-focused analysis to educate customers about insurance options.
- Comfort building relationships with customers while making outbound efforts to market
- Use exemplary communication to promote company products
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales experience preferred
- Current Property and Casualty License preferred
- Able to obtain a Life/Health License
- Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals

Compensation: $3,000.00 per month

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in SW Portland.
- Our office is open 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- We currently have 5 team members at our agency.
- Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Silver Scroll, Golden Triangle, and Bronze Tablet
- Additional languages spoken: Spanish
